Children's Center
 In November 2002, we opened our new, fully equipped Children's Center, located at ABVI–Goodwill. The center provides parents with much-needed opportunities to network, seek advice from our professional staff, and learn new skills alongside their children.
For children, the center is a place to meet new friends, view audio-described
video tapes, experience tactile toys and games, learn how to use computers with adaptive technology, learn new socialization skills and have fun.
At ABVI–Goodwill, we treat the whole child, not just the visual
impairment. Our Children's Center is a place where a child can
explore and learn about him/herself in a safe environment.
