Goodwill regrets that we cannot use these items listed below. Furthermore, federal regulations prohibit us from accepting those items followed by an asterisk.

- Air conditioners or dehumidifiers
- Mattresses, box springs, or bed pillows
- Windows, screens, or storm doors
- Carpet scrap or carpeting

- Construction or yard waste

- Large furniture over 25 lbs.
- Medical supplies or crutches
- Large exercise equipment
