Eldersource Care Management Services:
Links people to transportation, personal care, housing, chore
services, meal delivery, socialization and adult day care. Assistance
is also available for bill paying, budgeting, filling out forms,
counseling, and nursing home placement. For information, (585)

Lift Line: Accessible curb-to-curb
bus service for people with disabilities. Lift Line operates on
a first-come, first-serve basis. You may call for service up to
3 days in advance. Phones are answered beginning at 7:00 a.m. Lift
Line operates the same hours as RTS (bus company). The charge is
$1.75 each way.

Medical Motors: Provides transportation
to medical facilities and doctors offices. There is a fee for this
service.

Regional Transit Service (RTS):
Public Bus Transportation. For information on routes, schedules
and reduced fare passes for individuals with disabilities riding
during non-peak hours, stop at the RTS Midtown Information Center,
near the Broad Street entrance of Midtown Plaza, or call (585)

Services for Seniors: Provides
transportation to medical appointments, shopping and other errands.
