ABVI-Goodwill's Call Center offers outbound calling campaigns to measure customer satisfaction, collect market research data, test customer awareness, and assist with various marketing-related activities.
In bound, we provide customer assistance to an estimated 10,000 inquiries per month. Additionally, the Call Center fields over 21,000 requests for information per month.
ABVI-Goodwill's Call Center has been awarded contracts with the Environmental Protection Agency, National Industries for the Blind, New York State Department of Labor and New York State Industries for the Blind. We are proud to be a preferred source for New York State call center contracts.
In addition, because of ABVI-Goodwill's career and training programs, use of adaptive technology, and ability to offer an interesting and exciting work environment, an increasing number of job opportunities are created for people who are blind or visually impaired.
